Everything you need to know about the referral partnership

Commission Structure

  • Tier 1 (Lead Submission): 5% one-time commission on the referred client's first payment.
  • Tier 2 (Direct Sale): 5% recurring commission on every payment for as long as the client remains active.
  • Applies to subscription fees, hosting fees, platform care charges, and recurring service fees.
  • One-time project fees and custom development charges are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, within 15 days of Habytet receiving payment from the referred client.
  • Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or any mutually agreed method.
  • A commission receipt is issued for each payment detailing the client, service, and amount earned.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income.

Referral Eligibility

  • A referral is valid when the referred client signs up for a paid service and completes their first payment.
  • You must be the primary introducer. If the client was already in contact with Habytet, the commission does not apply.
  • Habytet reserves the right to verify referral claims and make the final determination on eligibility.

When Commission Stops

  • The referred client cancels their subscription or service agreement.
  • The referred client defaults on payment for more than 90 days.
  • Breach of any terms outlined in this agreement.
  • Both parties agree in writing to terminate the partnership.

General Terms

  • This is an independent partner relationship, not employment.
  • Commission rates may be modified with 30 days' notice — changes apply only to new referrals.
  • All client information and business details must be kept strictly confidential.
  • Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

What counts as a valid referral?

A referral is valid when the business you introduce signs up for a paid service with Habytet and completes their first payment. You must be the primary introducer — if the client was already in contact with us, the commission won't apply.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 days of Habytet receiving payment from the referred client. We'll send you a detailed receipt with each payment.

What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 is for lead submissions — you share a contact, we handle the sales process, and you get a one-time 5% fee. Tier 2 is for direct sales — you bring the client in and close the deal, earning 5% of every payment they make, forever.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No limit at all. Refer as many businesses as you'd like. Each valid referral earns you a separate commission.

Can I participate from outside the UAE?

Yes. The program is open worldwide. Payment can be made via international bank transfer or any mutually agreed method.
