Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for products and services offered by Habytet Corp (“Habytet”).
1. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion.
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund only within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided the Services have not been materially used. No refunds are provided for renewals.
2. Custom Development & Implementation
Custom software development, integration, training, and onboarding services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Project-specific refund terms, if any, will be set out in the signed statement of work or order form.
3. Hardware & Third-Party Items
Hardware (printers, scanners, devices) and third-party licences sold by Habytet are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy. We will assist with the manufacturer’s return process where possible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email billing@habytet.com from the email address registered on the account, including your order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the Services and recovery of associated fees.
